Vwaza Multimedia has responded to an MBC Digital report that highlighted user frustrations with its platform, Vwaza Music, which exclusively hosts Lawi’s new album My Father’s Land.
In its response, Vwaza expressed surprise that MBC published the story without seeking their comment, saying the platform’s early technical issues were resolved shortly after the album’s launch. The company added that the report was inaccurate in stating that My Father’s Land has 12 tracks, clarifying that it contains 33.
Meanwhile, MBC Digital had quoted several users who complained about the platform’s accessibility, saying it was difficult to use and potentially limiting Lawi’s reach.
