Tuno’s shocking decision to quit music and social media over years of bullying has sparked mixed reactions.
Renowned rights activist Emma Kaliya has come out in support of the artist, urging her not to give up. She argued that walking away would only hand victory to the bullies, further suggesting that some of the hate could be fueled by rival artists. Kaliya encouraged Tuno to stay strong and continue pushing her career forward.

But not everyone agrees. Influencer Mwiza – The Life Coach took a tougher stance, claiming Tuno’s backlash is tied to how she presents herself online. He accused her of previously bullying fellow women, including Priscilla Kayira, while portraying herself as “unbothered,” only to now play the victim.

Mwiza also argued that Tuno’s tendency to expose too much of her personal life and body image online fuels public scrutiny. “Once you are famous, you are subject to public scrutiny,” he said, adding that some fans even suspect her exit could be a publicity stunt.
