Malawian competitive eater Spanner, who made headlines after winning K21 million in a nsima-eating contest in Nigeria, has returned home to a warm… rather warm food welcome at Chileka International Airport in Blantyre.
Friends and family greeted him with nsima and beef, celebrating the remarkable victory that showcased his unusual but impressive talent. Upon arrival, Spanner didn’t just pose for pictures — he once again showed off his skills by diving straight into the food.
Spanner also revealed that he has his eyes set on bigger competitions, including an upcoming international challenge in the United States. 👀
