PSLCE & JCE 2025 Results Are Out — Here’s the Breakdown 🚨

The Ministry of Education together with MANEB has finally dropped the 2025 results for both the Junior Certificate of Education (JCE) and the Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education (PSLCE).

JCE Results 📘

Out of 158,451 students who sat for JCE:

  • 122,977 passed → that’s a 77.61% pass rate.
  • Boys: 63,058 passed out of 76,916 (81.98%).
  • Girls: 59,919 passed out of 81,535 (73.49%).

This year’s pass rate has gone up by 6.41% compared to last year (from 71.20% in 2024).

  • Best School: Ludzi Girls, Mchinji (92.13% A’s & B’s).
  • Worst School: Good Choice Private, Nsanje (no A or B).

PSLCE Results ✏️

A total of 247,958 students sat for PSLCE:

  • 216,972 passed → an 87.50% pass rate.
  • Boys: 108,843 passed (90.61%).
  • Girls: 108,129 passed (84.56%).

  • Best School: Nkazomba Primary, Lilongwe.
  • Worst School: Galeta Primary, Mchinji (no one passed 😬).
