Mzuzu University (Mzuni) has taken disciplinary action against 26 students over various cases of misconduct.

According to a statement from the institution, 19 students have been expelled, 3 suspended while 4 others have been issued warnings.

The disciplinary measures follow internal investigations and hearings conducted by the university’s disciplinary committee.

According to the statement, the students have been expelled, suspended and issued warnings following misconduct and dishonesty committed during the deferred exams for the second semester exams of the 2024 Academic Year and the end of first semester exams for the 2024/2025 Academic year.
