Trade Minister Vitumbiko Mumba just pulled up to one of the Shoprite stores and let’s just say… it wasn’t a friendly visit.
During an inspection, Mumba expressed dissapointment, ordering that all available sugar be placed on shelves immediately.
“Malawians are struggling to find sugar, yet some stores are hoarding it. We won’t allow this,” he said.
