A total of 824 tickets have been refunded following the cancellation of The Hive Experience 2025, organisers have confirmed.
In a public notice, Royal Image, in collaboration with ticketing partner Kwenda.co, said refunds covering both Standard and VIP tickets were successfully processed after the event was called off. The show was cancelled after a tragic road accident claimed the lives of five band members.
Organisers have advised ticket holders who may not have received their refunds to contact the support teams for assistance. They also expressed appreciation for the public’s understanding and said updates on future events will be communicated in due course.
